This helps us match the right caregiver and care plan from the very first call.

What kind of help is needed?

Please select at least one option.

Where is care needed, and how soon?

We serve six Midlands counties, including rural addresses.

How soon do you need care?

Please choose a county and how soon care is needed.

How do you expect to pay for care?

Not sure? That's the most common answer — checking coverage is free, and many families qualify for help they didn't know existed.

Where should we reach you?

One quick call and we'll schedule your free in-home assessment. No cost, no obligation.

How would you like us to handle contact?

Some families are early in this and would rather keep the conversation private for now. Tell us how to be careful — we'll follow it.

Your information stays private. We use it only to contact you about care and never sell it. Please don't include medical record numbers or Social Security numbers here — web forms aren't a secure channel. See our Privacy Policy.

What Happens After You Send This

1. We call you back

Usually the same business day. We'll confirm the details, answer your questions, and never pressure you toward services you don't need.

2. We check your coverage

If Medicaid, VA benefits, or long-term care insurance might apply, we look into it for you — at no cost — before anything is scheduled.

3. Free in-home assessment

We come to you anywhere in our six-county area — Richland, Lexington, Kershaw, Fairfield, Sumter, and Lee Counties — evaluate safety and daily needs, and build a care plan sized to what's actually needed.

4. You decide

You receive a clear written plan and quote. No contracts, no obligation, and no hard sell. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

It's okay that you're looking

Most people who call us start by apologizing. They feel like looking into care means they've failed someone — a parent, a spouse, a promise they made years ago about never putting anyone anywhere.

You haven't failed anyone. Looking into options is what people do when they're taking someone's wellbeing seriously. Nothing here commits you to anything, and you can stop at any point.

Completely confidential

What you tell us stays with us. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists. If someone else in the family doesn't know you're calling yet, that's your business to share when you're ready.

No pressure, ever

We don't work on commission and we don't chase people. If you're gathering information for later, we'll answer your questions and let you go. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.

We do the paperwork

Medicaid applications, CLTC coordination, eligibility checks, insurance verification, authorizations, scheduling, payroll. You've got enough to carry — the administrative weight is ours.

Go at your pace

Some families start care next week. Some call back in six months. Both are fine. There's no expiration date on the conversation and no cost to have it.

Not ready to talk to anyone yet?

That's completely normal, and there's no wrong way to do this. Read at your own pace, or send a quiet email and we'll write back with answers — no phone call unless you ask for one.
